A 64-pin connector is a versatile electronic component used for connecting electronic circuits and devices. It consists of 64 individual pins arranged in a specific configuration, allowing for the transmission of electrical signals and data between connected components.

The 64-pin connector is commonly used in various applications, including computer systems, telecommunications equipment, industrial machinery, and automotive electronics. Its design provides a reliable and secure connection, ensuring the efficient transfer of signals and data.

The pins of the 64-pin connector are typically made of durable materials such as copper or gold-plated copper to ensure good conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The connector itself may be made of plastic or metal, providing mechanical stability and protection to the pins.

One of the key advantages of the 64-pin connector is its high pin density, allowing for a large number of connections within a compact form factor. This makes it suitable for applications where space is limited, such as in densely populated circuit boards or small electronic devices.

Product Description

Kena wires are mainly used for P.C.B. probe test wires or internal connection wires of electronic components, and the conductors are made by silver-plated wires to increase conductivity. It can withstand the high temperature up to 105°C and does not contain RoHS, the 6 forbidden hazardous substances. It is also in line with US military regulations MIL-W 81822 / 13 and UL1422, UL1423 certification requirements, and passed the SGS inspection.
PVDF is the most rigid and wear-resistant thermoplastic fluorocarbon plastic, which has good chemical resistance but does not resist sulfuric acid and hot amines. Similar to common fluorocarbon polymers, PVDF is flame retardant. PVDF can maintain its effectiveness up to 149°C.
